About the Role :

We are looking for passionate and hands-on AI Developers / AI Engineers to design, build, and scale cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning applications.

You’ll work with a talented cross-functional team to develop LLM-powered solutions, agentic architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems that solve real-world problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and deploy AI and LLM-based applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
• Develop and optimize ML and deep learning models, focusing on LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and guardrail design.
• Build and manage search and information retrieval systems, including vector databases and hybrid retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate models into production using APIs and backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable AI microservices and end-to-end workflows.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS or Azure, leveraging Bedrock, SageMaker, S3, or Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Blob Storage.
• Contribute to MLOps pipelines, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous delivery of AI systems.
• Experiment with AI agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP) and maintain observability via LangSmith, LangFuse, or equivalent tools.
