As we grow, we are seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Senior PMs to develop detailed project schedules and execution plansCoordinate with architects and consultants to ensure design feasibilityAlign procurement timelines with site execution schedulesIdentify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategiesStakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project flowFacilitate timely decision-making and approvals to avoid delaysSite Supervision & Execution
Oversee installation works : partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and furnitureMonitor contractor performance and resolve on-site challengesEnsure proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing worksConduct safety checks and enforce EHS complianceQuality Control & Compliance
Review and approve drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and milestone completionsEnsure material quality and finish match client expectationsMaintain compliance with building codes and safety regulationsReporting & Documentation
Maintain daily / weekly / monthly progress reportsTrack material approvals, change orders, and pending actionsEnsure handover documentation and final billing are completeRisk & Conflict Management
Address delays and site conflicts proactivelyMediate contractor and vendor disputes to maintain workflowPrepare contingency plans for resource or material shortagesTeam Leadership & Vendor Coordination
Mentor site engineers and supervisorsEvaluate vendor performance and suggest alternatives as neededTrain teams in execution best practices for high-end commercial interiorsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred)5–8 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial fit-outsStrong understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing worksExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent toolsWhy Join Us?
