The Manager - Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, proven experience in building high-performing teams, and the ability to deliver measurable results across the market.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Language skill : Tamil, English and Hindi
