Technical Lead (with Full Stack and DevOps expertise)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Full Stack Development and DevOps practices to lead end-to-end product development and deployment. The ideal candidate is passionate about scalable architecture, hands-on coding, automation, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient applications.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of full stack web applications using  Node.js  (backend) and  React.js  (frontend).
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI / UX designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Architect and build robust front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Implement CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Manage Docker containers, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana .
• Guide team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in software design and development processes.
