Role Snapshot

You will drive end-to-end delivery of product features across the full technology stack. Working closely with crossfunctional teams, you'll translate complex product requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrate cuttingedge AI / ML capabilities to enhance user experiences, and ship production-grade code that directly impacts users globally while mentoring engineers and establishing technical excellence standards

What You Will Do

• Own feature delivery end-to-end : independently design, develop, test, and ship new features
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions across the full stack
• Build exceptional user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across web and mobile
• Architect and integrate AI capabilities into product features, including intelligent document processing and conversational user interfaces
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and generative AI to accelerate coding efficiency, optimize solutions, and maintain high delivery velocity
• Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to shape strategy, refine requirements, and align technical roadmaps with business outcomes
• Champion engineering best practices around clean architecture, maintainability, comprehensive testing, and thorough code reviews
• Establish and enforce code quality standards and scalable design patterns across the team
• Provide technical mentorship, guiding and coaching junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen team capabilities
