Role Overview

With ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Founder in maximizing her efficiency and effectiveness. This role will also play a key part in expanding KAANJJ's brand reach globally. Ideal for a highly motivated individual with a mix of administrative, marketing, and coordination responsibilities, you will provide comprehensive support while contributing directly to the growth of KAANJJ.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
• Act as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and briefing materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage and optimize digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visa requirements, and detailed itineraries
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
