Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead with strong expertise in React.js, Web API, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs). This is an Individual Contributor role, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications, while ensuring best practices in coding, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API, and React.js.
  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration between backend and frontend systems
  • Apply OOPs concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles for building robust and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UI / UX) to deliver high-quality software
  • Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across platforms
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain high coding standards.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver independently with minimal supervision
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET, React.js, and cloud (Azure / AWS) advancements.
  • Mentor junior developers informally by sharing knowledge and best practices (without formal team management responsibilities).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and Web API development.
  • Strong experience in React.js (hooks, context API, Redux preferred).
  • Solid understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server / Entity Framework / LINQ.
  • Proficiency in RESTful services, JSON, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive UI development.
  • Knowledge of Azure / AWS cloud services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.
