Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Service Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive service and maintenance strategy for our mobile robotics, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Operational Excellence : Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MR onboarding and field operations.
Technical Expertise : Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
Customer Success & Relationship Management : Be the primary point of contact for high-value MR clients post-deployment, acting as a trusted advisor to foster strong, long-term relationships.
Data-Driven Leadership : Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
Role Expectations
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience : A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket MR services. A proven track record in customer success, delivery operations, and account management is essential.
Technical Skills : Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems. In-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Requisites : Preferred currently working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
