Process : International Voice & Chat (Customer Support)

Experience : Minimum 18 months of international BPO experience (voice / chat / email process)

Qualification : Graduate (any stream)

Shifts : UK & US shifts (rotational)

Week Offs : Rotational split offs

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
