Job Description :

TrueID (www.trueid.in) is looking to hire a Senior Java Developer – Spring Boot (Product Development) for a Full-time position at our Hyderabad Office. The candidate shall have approximately 5 – 7years of professional experience i with deep expertise in Spring Boot and a strong background in product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, fault-tolerant system design, Docker, and service orchestration using Netflix Conductor or Conductor OSS.

Work Mode : Onsite from TrueID office is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Architect and implement event-driven systems leveraging message brokers and asynchronous communication.
Ensure high availability and resilience by building fault-tolerant services.
Customize and manage orchestration flows using Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS.
Containerize applications using Docker for local development and production deployments.
Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.
Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in service orchestration.

Must-Have Skills :

5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.

Proven experience in product development (not just project execution).

Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems.

Deep experience with Spring Security and Keycloak integration.

Solid knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL Databases.

Demonstrated experience in building fault-tolerant, scalable systems.

Hands-on experience with Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS customization.

Good understanding of microservice orchestration patterns.

Practical experience with Docker for containerization.

Nice-to-Have :

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI / CD pipeline tools.

Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
