Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for used car loan disbursements.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, DSAs, and other sourcing partners.
- Generate leads through dealer tie-ups, referrals, and market activities.
- Cross-sell insurance and other financial products where applicable.
- Channel & Dealer Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers, brokers, and agencies.
- Ensure timely payouts, issue resolution, and regular dealer engagement.
- Conduct dealer meets and promotional activities to increase market share.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Interact with customers for loan requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
- Ensure superior customer experience through smooth loan processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and post-disbursement issues promptly.
