Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team and take charge of technical support for EasyWebinar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience with a strong background in providing support for tech products and services. The role involves managing customer relationships handling technical queries and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EasyWebinar products. The candidate must have prior experience working in the US UK or Australian markets and should be adept at working in US shift timings.
