Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Estimator. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that all aspects of a project are covered. This includes accurately estimating HVAC, plumbing, and piping costs, managing project timelines, overseeing project management and budgeting, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HVAC, plumbing, and piping
• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines and oversee project deliverables
• Experience with budgeting to ensure cost-effective solutions and manage financial resources
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with construction estimating software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
