The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Mission and Strategy : Work with board and team members to ensure that the foundation’s mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach o Responsible for both strategic planning and successful implementation of the
• Foundation’s programs which are aligned with the mission o Enhance the Foundation’s image as an active and strong influence of change in the community, industry and Government with respect to its mission
• Financial performance and viability : Good understanding of accounting, finance and compliance to ensure overall health of the organization o Responsible for raising funds with focus on CSR & other domestic funds and develop other revenues necessary to support the Foundation
• Presenting annual budget and monthly financial statements to the board which accurately reflect the financial condition of the organization
• Operations : Oversee and implement appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are run well o Hire and manage culturally diverse staff, clientele, and community whose skills, cultures and languages reflect the communities Foundation serves
• Efficiently run the administration and day to day operations
