Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller at W3Era Web Technology Pvt Ltd, based in Jaipur. The Telecaller will interact with new and existing clients through phone calls to provide information about W3Era's SEM solutions. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining services, understanding client needs, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the company's business development goals. Effective communication and the ability to maintain professionalism in all client interactions are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in explaining technical services like PPC, Google Ads, and SEM to clients
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage client follow-ups effectively
• One or more years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries and objections with patience
• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is beneficial
