Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Paralegal / Legal Associate

to support our

Legal Process Outsourcing

team. The role involves managing

case files, drafting legal documents, and providing end-to-end paralegal support

to ensure smooth case handling and timely client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain case files with complete documentation in line with internal protocols.

Draft petitions, motions, and basic legal documents using templates in case management systems or MS Word.

Compile, prepare, and electronically submit appearance packets and exhibits as required.

File and track court documents for specific counties when needed.

Regularly update case records in the case management system to reflect progress.

Monitor cases by reviewing updates on court websites.

Communicate case status and developments to clients in a clear, professional, and timely manner.

Provide comprehensive paralegal support to clients and attorneys.

Qualifications & Skills

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Law (JD equivalent).

Experience : 2+ Years

Strong understanding of US laws and legal procedures.

Hands-on experience with case / document management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word and strong attention to detail.
