The Opportunity

Help us grow a qualified pipeline . You’ll run focused experiments, build predictable data models to improve the lead funnel, and lift conversion rates through better UX and landing pages. You think from first principles and comfortably use AI tools to boost your—and the team’s—efficiency.

What You Will Do

Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and optimize tests on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with clear goals; review results and iterate.

Landing Pages : Build and maintain fast, mobile-friendly landing pages and forms.

Copy & A / B Testing : Write ad and page copy; continuously test 2–3 variants to improve CTR and CVR.

Funnel Optimization : Run weekly funnel reviews, identify drop-offs, and drive actionable fixes.

Reporting : Deliver concise weekly updates on performance, key changes, and next steps.

Sales Collaboration : Partner with Sales to refine offers, improve meeting quality, and tighten follow-ups.

Content Collaboration : Work with Content to create pages, posts, and simple tools that support campaigns.

Leverage AI : Use AI for research, drafting, data cleanup, and light automations—with sound human judgment on final decisions.

What You Bring to the Table

3–5 years in B2B SaaS performance marketing .

Strong hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and GA4 .

Solid spreadsheet skills (data cleaning, basic modeling).

Excellent written communication; clear, concise, and persuasive.

A test-and-learn mindset with iterative, data-driven decision making.

Nice to Have

Basic wireframing skills for landing pages.

Experience with A / B testing and simple experiment design.
