About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular (v14+), a passion for front-end architecture, and experience leading teams in delivering modern, responsive, and performant web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end solutions that meet business goals, enhance user experience, and align with best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using Angular (v14+) and the latest front-end technologies.
Collaborate with Product, UI / UX, and Backend teams to translate design concepts and requirements into functional, maintainable solutions.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code, following SOLID principles and industry best practices.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and optimal performance using profiling, debugging, and testing tools.
Conduct and lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards across the team.
Integrate front-end components with backend APIs, ensuring smooth communication and data flow.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous delivery and DevOps integration.
Maintain repository integrity using Git, enforce coding guidelines, and implement linting and formatting tools.
Stay updated with emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance project quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6- 7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ years of professional experience in Angular (v10 and above).

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Strong understanding of RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management libraries), and Angular CLI.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.

Deep knowledge of UI / UX best practices, responsive design, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Solid understanding of software design principles, modular architecture, and component-driven development.

Experience with Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews) and monorepo structures.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and DevOps collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and SSR frameworks such as Angular Universal.

Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress).

Experience with UI libraries / frameworks (Material Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

Familiarity with code performance optimization, lazy loading, and bundle size reduction techniques.

Prior experience mentoring developers or leading small technical teams.

Educational Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
