We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team and ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and free of defects.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently to minimize costs.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism, creating memorable experiences.
• Participate in deep cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in pantries and trolleys.
• Report any damages, lost items, or maintenance needs.
• Contribute to inventory management and cost control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of front office operations, guest handling, problem-solving abilities, telephone etiquette, reservation and check-in / check-out procedures, computer proficiency (MS Office and hotel software preferred), ability to work in shifts, professional grooming standards, teamwork, multi-tasking ability, and basic knowledge of billing and payment processes.
