Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support SAP SD module implementations, enhancements, and support activities

Configure and maintain core SD functionalities : pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and order processing

Design and implement EDI solutions for order processing, invoicing, shipping notices, and other business documents

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and external EDI systems

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD and EDI transactions

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders

Stay updated on SAP and EDI best practices and recommend process improvements
