What will you get to work on?

As a core member of the QA team at Osfin.ai, you will :

• Create and design application testing processes.
• Develop automated testing and problem-solving of various tasks that work towards a
• development process
• Advise best practices and optimisations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
• Collaborate with fellow engineering leads to develop test plans and create extensive test
• cases to ensure stable and bug-free delivery
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application development
• lifecycle
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous
• improvement in testing practices
