Technical Expertise and Issue Resolution

Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.

Project Planning and Estimation

Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for the completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projects.

Technical Specification Development

Transform business function requirements into technical program specifications to code, test, and debug programs.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, systems, integration, and acceptance tests, as well as testing tools for functions of high complexity.

Performance Optimization

Perform performance tuning to improve performance across multiple functions.

Collaboration and Solution Delivery

Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

System Integration and Monitoring

Ensure integration system activities, including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability, and archiving), meet all SLAs.

Operational Support and Maintenance

Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on-call support as required by the team.

SAP Integration Optimization

Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.

Mentoring and Coaching

Mentor and coach junior developer resources.

Consulting Services

Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
