Role Description

We’re hiring a Developer to work with our US based customer, reporting directly to the product management executive in the client organisation. This is a remote, WFH position based in India. The assignment will start with delivering a few high-impact internal tools. You’ll build a simple front door in SharePoint / Teams and ship two already defined automation products. You’ll then help expand to more automations and more sophisticated applications.

You’ll work daily with the client’s product lead and demo progress each week.

Pay

INR 10 Lakhs to INR 14 Lakhs CTC per annum.

What you’ll do

  • Build SharePoint / Teams pages, lists, and flows users actually use.
  • Parse statements, apply simple rules, send alerts, and publish weekly digests.
  • Connect to review sources via APIs and summarize trends by property.
  • Wire data to clear dashboards; ship small improvements every two weeks.
  • Document simply; keep a short “known issues” list and close it fast.

Must-have experience

  • SharePoint Online and Teams (building useful pages and notifications).
  • Power Automate flows with error handling and monitoring.
  • JavaScript / TypeScript or Python for light back-end logic.
  • API integrations and secure handling of credentials.
  • Clear writing, checklists, and demo-driven delivery.

    • Nice to have

  • Power BI basics; Power Apps (canvas); Graph API / SPFx.
  • Light prompt design for small, safe summaries inside Microsoft tools.

    • Schedule

  • Daily 3-hour work time overlap with California . The rest of your hours in India daytime / evening. (During US standard time, India windows shift one hour later.)

  • Remote, India. Contract with the option to extend.
