About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer who can design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employees' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer will work closely with HR and business teams to ensure employees are equipped with the skills required to thrive in a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills such as :
- Communication skills (verbal, written, non-verbal)
- Presentation and public speaking
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Emotional intelligence
- Time management & productivity
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
- Customer handling and professional etiquette
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and discussions with managers.
- Design customized training modules, workshops, and role-play activities.
- Use modern training techniques (interactive, experiential, blended learning).
- Track and evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance improvement.
- Provide individual coaching sessions as needed.
- Continuously update training content based on industry best practices.
