Strong understanding of track components, safety procedures, and damage patterns. Good documentation, analytical, and collaboration skills. Flexible schedule : 4–5 hours / day Pay rate based on experience.

Role Overview
We are hiring experienced railway professionals with proven expertise in track engineering, inspection, or maintenance . You will support the development of SOPs and collaborate with our technical team to help build a platform that generates synthetic images representing different types of railway track damage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define common railway track damage types.
- Create SOPs and structured documentation for inspection standards.
- Review and validate outputs generated by AI models.
- Work with engineering teams to improve dataset and model quality.
- Ensure alignment with railway safety and compliance guidelines.
