Position overview :

We are seeking a dynamic dedicated people-focused Manager to lead our expanding research team in Bangalore. This pivotal role centers on peoples leadership coaching and team development. You will manage a large junior workforce responsible for delivery of proxy research and related data ensuring timely accurate outputs while fostering a high-performance culture and a collaborative supportive environment. Your leadership will be key in driving professional growth operational excellence and team visibility across the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities :

People Leadership & Coaching

• Manage and mentor a large team of junior data analysts fostering a high-performance culture and a collaborative work environment .
• Provide professional coaching on workplace conduct punctuality communication and career growth leading with empathy and approachability
• Act as an ambassador for the Research / DMI function representing the team to senior leaders and the broader organization.
