As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to join us at the forefront of this exciting journey.

What You Will be doing :

As Senior General Manager, you will oversee the company’s core operations, strategy execution, and business expansion. You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the company's vision, managing high-performance teams, and driving sustainable growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multi-functional teams across counselling, admissions, marketing, and partnerships.
• Design and implement business strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Develop B2B and institutional relationships with universities and international education bodies.
• Identify new markets and expansion opportunities across geographies.
• Ensure high service quality, compliance, and student satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Coach mid-level leaders and build a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
