About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure — and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Drive end-to-end sales , from lead generation to closing deals
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly
- Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
- Track key metrics to ensure sales targets are consistently met
