Digital Marketing Specialist are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow online communities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
What We Are Looking For :
2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.Strong analytical skills with experience in web and campaign analytics.Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Knowledge of content marketing, PPC campaigns, and marketing automation is a plus(ref : iimjobs.com)
