Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented XR Coder with 2- 4 years of experience to design and develop immersive AR / VR / MR applications with a strong focus on UI / UX design and interaction.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in XR frameworks, 3D graphics programming, and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experiences in virtual Roles & Responsibilities :

XR Development & Coding :

Implement immersive features and interactive elements with a UI / UX-first mindset.
Collaborate with designers and artists to translate concepts into seamless, user-friendly XR Design & Optimization :
Build intuitive and interactive UI / UX elements specifically for AR / VR / MR platforms.
Ensure usability, accessibility, and smooth navigation across XR environments.
Optimize layouts, interaction patterns, and user journeys to enhance engagement.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design & Innovation :
Debug, test, and troubleshoot XR applications to ensure a high-quality, user-centered experience.
Stay updated with latest trends in XR UI / UX, immersive interactions, and user psychology.
Suggest and implement innovative XR design practices to improve realism and Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related Skills Have :

Proficiency in Unity3D or Unreal Engine for XR development.

Programming expertise in C# or C++.

Strong understanding of UI / UX principles for immersive environments.

Hands-on experience with ARKit, ARCore, MRTK, or WebXR SDKs.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Good to Have :

Experience with UI / UX prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

Understanding of accessibility in immersive design
