Role in nutshell : - As part of the Founder ~ CTO's Office, you will be at the centre of the company's operations and most important priorities. You will work directly with the Founders to help manage day-to-day operations and strategic projects across Product, Marketing, Strategy and Business Operations.
Desired experience :
- 6 - 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained within a high-growth technology company, fast-paced startup, or top-tier consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in Program Management and Strategic Planning within a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key organizational trends, and develop actionable recommendations based on rigorous analysis
What will you do?
As the strategic anchor for the CTO's office, your responsibilities will focus on maximizing executive impact and driving strategic outcomes : -Strategic Program Management & Executive Leverage :
Act as a versatile problem solver and strategic operator, engaging directly in high-priority projects across engineering, product, and business operations to drive key business outcomes on the Founder's behalf.Program manage the CTO's highest priority initiatives, coordinating activities and output across senior leadership and departmental heads.Serve as a critical gatekeeper, filtering information flow, ensuring timely involvement of the Founders in decision-making processes, and managing priorities according to strategic company objectives.Act as a strategic sounding board for new ideas and initiatives, helping the Founders define and narrow areas of focus where their input is most needed.Executive Communication & Reporting :
Help draft, refine, and polish critical internal and external communications, ensuring the Founder's voice is clear, compelling, and consistent. This includes materials for board meetings, company Town Halls, investor reports, internal newsletters, pitch decks, technical speeches, and presentations.Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track progress against core organizational OKRs and provide concise, data-backed updates to the executive team.Operational Efficiency & Time Management :
Partner closely with the executive assistant to manage the Founder's time, calendar, and operational cadence, ensuring alignment between schedule and strategic priorities.Evaluate external opportunities (partnerships, industry engagements, media) and determine their fit with long-term strategic objectives and travel calendars.(ref : iimjobs.com)
