Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foundry Manager located in Sinnar - Nashik. The Foundry Manager will oversee the daily operations of the foundry, including managing the casting process, integrating production processes, and ensuring quality control in metal casting. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining safety standards. The Foundry Manager will also work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Foundry Management and Steel Casting

Must be capable to handle pattern to dispatch process.
