Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Care Manager for Solar. The Customer Care Manager will oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support, and enhancing customer service management. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer care processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
