About the Job :

As the Lead Embedded Engineer at a dynamic drone technology startup, you will lead and inspire a team of engineers to develop innovative drone systems, hardware, and software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are executed on time, meet high-quality standards, and align with business goals.

This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, hands-on problem-solving, and people leadership in an agile startup environment focused on advancing drone Responsibilities & Team Leadership :

Lead and inspire a team of engineers, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
You'll foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and align with our business Systems Development :
Drive the design, development, and integration of embedded systems for drones.
You'll work hands-on with hardware, software, sensor systems, flight control, and RF Management & Agile Execution :
Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.
You'll apply Agile methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with a focus on continuous Assurance & Compliance :
Ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and safety protocols for drones.

Skills :

Drone & Embedded Systems Expertise :

Deep expertise in UAV / drone technology, including flight control, autonomy, and navigation.

You must have strong hands-on experience with hardware / software integration and sensor Languages :

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, and embedded systems :

Proven experience managing and inspiring engineering teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You're a true leader who empowers Management :

Hands-on experience with Agile project Concepts :

Knowledge of machine learning and computer vision for applications like object detection and autonomous navigation is a plus.

Education & Experience : A minimum of 6+ years in an engineering role, with at least 3+ years in a leadership : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
