📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Python / AWS engineers developing automation bots, analytics pipelines, and client-facing services.
• Oversee development efforts across system maintenance, feature enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
• Act as the primary bridge between engineering, stakeholders, and leadership—translating business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time delivery.
• Drive Agile / Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Monitor system reliability, test coverage, and deployment pipelines, ensuring adherence to CI / CD and cloud-native best practices.
• Support design discussions focused on distributed, event-driven architectures.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular, clear reporting on project progress, resource allocation, and outcomes to leadership.
