As an Inside Sales Rockstar, you’ll own the critical role of building strong partnerships with builders, becoming the bridge between them and India’s most advanced homebuyer platform. Your mission is to grow Proppy’s builder network, onboard the best projects, and ensure our data stays top-notch. All while being rewarded handsomely for your impact.What You’ll Be Up ToConnect & Conquer : Reach out to builders, explain Proppy’s game-changing platform, and onboard them as valued partners.Build Stronger Networks : Drive builder registrations and partnerships, and help them onboard smoothly.Data Detective Work : Collect, verify, and organize project details so our platform stays clean, accurate, and reliable.Keep It Fresh : Maintain up-to-date builder records, ensuring our users always get the latest and verified info.Hit Your Targets : Crush monthly goals for builder onboarding and data quality like a pro.Dive into occasional research and admin activities to keep things running like clockwork.What We’re Looking For1–3 years in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Real Estate Sales (preferred, but not mandatory for the right energy and attitude).Communication Ninja : Strong in English + Kannada / Telugu / Hindi.Confident making outbound calls, building rapport, and getting things done.Detail-focused with solid organizational skills.Self-starter : Comfortable working independently, owning your outcomes.Own your laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.Why You’ll Love Working With Us5 day work week, Real Impact : 8 power packed hours / day, full onsite support, and flexibility to do your best work.Uncapped Growth : Performance incentives that reward your hustle.Learn & Level Up : Regular mentorship, hands-on experience in builder-side sales and data operations, plus access to industry experts.Be a Part of Something Big : Early-stage startup energy, flat hierarchy, and real ownership with ESOPs.The Deal : Fixed Salary : ₹30,000 per monthOn-Target Earnings (OTE) : ₹60,000 - ₹1,20,000+ per year+ Bonus Pool + All the Awesome Perks Listed Above
