Job Title : – Finance Manager

Location : Chennai (Siruseri)

Experience- 10–18 Years (Minimum 4 years in leadership / team management roles)

Qualification : CA / MBA (preferably from top-tier institutes)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, investment decisions, and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the COO / CEO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive capital investment decisions and strategic financial initiatives
• Implement financial models, due diligence processes, and performance tracking for acquisitions or partnerships
• Oversee vendor management, compliance, audit processes, and MIS reporting
• Ensure effective cash flow management and allocation strategies
• Align finance strategy with senior leadership expectations and business goals
• Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage external and government audit interfaces where applicable
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
