Job Title : Performance Marketing Manager – E-commerce and Quick commerce
About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce . The role requires end-to-end ownership of campaign creation, execution, and optimization to achieve daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets within defined ACOS / ROAS benchmarks . The candidate must have hands-on experience working with D2C consumer brands and a proven track record of scaling marketplace ads. Experience in q-commerce advertising will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Own revenue targets, ACOS, and ROAS across all campaigns.
- Manage all ad types including SP (Sponsored Products), SB (Sponsored Brands), SBV (Sponsored Brand Videos), PDA (Product Display Ads), and Remarketing campaigns .
- Continuously monitor campaign performance to identify scaling opportunities and deploy new campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms .
- Expand sales into Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.) and onboard the brand.
- Work closely with the creative team to align ad strategies, creatives, and offers for maximum impact.
- Track and adjust bids for manual campaigns to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates by leveraging category-level insights.
- Suggest campaign and offer improvements based on real-time data and results.
- Maintain structured daily logs of all performance metrics : CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spend, Sessions, Conversion Rate, CTR, CPGV, etc.
- Deploy new campaigns based on category performance, maintaining data at sub-category and category levels.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of ad performance and sales outcomes.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart Ads performance marketing .Mandatory : Proven experience working with D2C consumer brands .Strong knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart advertising formats, tools, and optimization levers.Analytical mindset with advanced Excel / data handling skills.Experience in q-commerce advertising (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart)Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
