Location: Remote

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM 2:30 AM IST

Full-Time Equivalent Salary : Up to 24,000/month

Upstaff is looking for an experienced Accountant (Payroll Specialist Canada) with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and Canadian payroll. This role is focused on managing bookkeeping and payroll tasks for Canadian clients. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in Canadian accounting practices, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process Canadian payroll
• Maintain and organize bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Manage ROEs, source deductions, payroll taxes, and invoicing
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure payroll compliance with Canadian regulations

Requirements:

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online
• Hands-on experience with Canadian payroll
• Familiarity with ROEs, source deductions, and compliance requirements in Canada
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
