Location: NX One, TechZone IV, Greater Noida West

Work Mode: Onsite - Work from Office

Mode of Hire: Full Time

Shift:Night Shifts (9 AM EST - 6 PM EST)

Who you are.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the US IT domain, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working on C2C & W2 models. Experience working with Implementation Partners will be an added advantage.
• Strong Knowledge of US Work Visas (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens).
• Experience with resume database and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT Recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Quick learner, problem solver, and adaptable/flexible.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to easily connect and build relationships with others.
• Strong team player with a creative and research-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
• A technical education background is a plus.
