Senior Analyst 1-1

Job Description :

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services and tools (e.g., Azure Resource Manager, Virtual Machines, App Services, Kubernetes, Azure Functions).
• Support Day to day Tier2 and Tier 3 Operational activities and Tasks. Document SOPs for all activities / Tasks performed. Guide and Train colleagues by ensuring them support ready.
• Strong experience in DevOps practices such as continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), automation, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform , Azure ARM templates , or Bicep .
• Experience with CI / CD pipeline tools like Azure DevOps , Jenkins , or GitLab CI .
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in Azure (e.g., Azure Monitor , Application Insights , Log Analytics ).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell , Bash , or Python .
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and tools (e.g., Azure Security Center , IAM , Key Vault ).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud services, applications, and infrastructure. Participate in P1 / MI calls.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
