We collaborate with world-renowned architects and international furniture brands to deliver bespoke solutions including kitchens, wardrobes, windows, doors, modular furniture, and loose furniture. Our team works with Italian, European, and global partners to curate and execute projects for high-net-worth clients across India and internationally.

Position : Architect / Interior Designer

Location : Hyderabad, India (with opportunities for international collaboration and training)

Type : Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects for luxury residences and offices.
Independently manage design development, execution drawings, and site coordination.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Communicate with Italian and European brands for bespoke orders, drawings, finishes, and technical clarifications.
Handle product customization and coordinate production timelines, shipments, and approvals.
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications.
Generate kitchen layouts, wardrobe modules, modular furniture drawings, loose furniture layouts, and MEP coordination drawings.
Prepare door schedules, window schedules, and detailed shop drawings for manufacturing.
Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of luxury, functionality, and detailing.

Required Skills & Competencies

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of MEP layouts, joinery details, and modular furniture systems.

Exceptional understanding of luxury aesthetics, materials, finishes, and detailing.

Ability to translate concepts into practical, buildable designs.

Fluent in English; ability to confidently communicate with international vendors and clients.

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills for bespoke orders and technical approvals.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

3–6 years of relevant experience in luxury residential projects or high-end commercial interiors.

Prior exposure to Italian or European furniture brands is a strong plus.
