Job Description : Travel Operations Executive
Location : Aundh, Pune
Experience : Minimum 2 years in travel operations, with knowledge of international travel locations including Europe, Middle East, Asia, American continent, Japan, and Australia.
Role Overview : As a Travel Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of travel operations onsite at our Aundh, Pune location. This role requires a deep understanding of international travel destinations, particularly in regions such as Europe, Middle East, Asia, American continent, Japan, and Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel management and excellent organizational skills to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to travel policies and guidelines.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences and requirements.
- Liaise with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies, to negotiate rates and secure bookings.
- Handle travel emergencies and changes in travel plans effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses, and prepare reports as required.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information to provide relevant advice and support.
- Assist with visa applications and other travel documentation as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations or a related field, with a focus on international travel.Profound knowledge of travel destinations, particularly in Europe, Middle East, Asia, American continent, Japan, and Australia.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and travel suppliers.Proven ability to work under pressure and handle travel emergencies calmly and efficiently.Proficiency in travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.Additional Requirements :
