Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Civil Engineering located in Chennai. The Head of Civil Engineering will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering operations, including project management, structural engineering, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing a team of engineers, developing project budgets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Project Management skills
• Experience in Plot Development for real estate company is an advantage
• Strong knowledge base in Civil Engineering principles and practices especially in Plot development
• Budgeting and Financial Planning skills
• Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering expertise
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
