grand continent hotels ltd. is the countrys fastest growing hotel chains with 21 extremely successful properties already operational. we focus on the mid-market segment. completely professional in our workplace culture, we value high initiative, innovation and goal orientation. currently, we require an operations manager for a new opening at dwarka, gujarat. we are looking for an energetic manager with a strong rooms background, who has a ready network in the marketplace and who will enjoy the amazing experience of opening a new property. candidates already working within gujarat will be preferred.responsibility & experience : - at least 7 years across reservations and rooms management function; familiarity with otas, travel trade and a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced hotel operations manager to join our team this will include overseeing key operations, including staff training, room management, guest services, and hotel administration. our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of all aspects of hotel management, from customer service to budgeting to maintenance work. fluency in english; knowledge of local languages is a plus proficient in microsoft office suite and property management systems excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset hotel management graduate / hotel / hospitality management or relevant fieldinterested candidate please share your cv to
