Key Responsibilities

• Team Recruitment & Development : Recruit Business Mentors and provide them with the necessary support and guidance to accomplish desired targets . This includes the ability to Hire Partners & Advisors .
• Target Achievement & Growth : Drive the team towards achieving ambitious business targets. Possess a clear vision to grow in career and contribute to the growth of the agency.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs to ensure the team effectively meets client requirements.
• Local Market Expertise : Leverage good local market experience to identify opportunities, navigate market dynamics, and build a strong network.
• Business Generation : In addition to team leadership, be able to generate business individually , leading by example and contributing directly to revenue.
