About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Merchandise Manager to oversee and manage all merchandising activities. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and brand management skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Vendor Management :
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards to maintain brand integrity.
• Client Interaction :
• Communicate with clients to manage orders, ensure clarity on collections, and close sales efficiently.
• Address client queries, feedback, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Store Liaisoning :
• Act as the point of contact between the brand and partner stores.
• Ensure brand presentation, visual merchandising, and stock displays align with brand guidelines.
• Merchandising & Sourcing :
• Identify and source the best places for merchandise displays, pop-ups, and events.
• Research and propose new locations and opportunities for brand placement and expansion.
• Event Representation :
• Travel to events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the brand professionally.
• Support setup, coordination, and sales during brand events and showcases.
• Order & Inventory Coordination :
• Oversee order tracking, stock movement, and timely client deliveries.
• Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
