Job descriptionDevelop and maintain MIS for financial performance monitoring. Present financial insights & trends to senior management for decision-making. Manage statutory audits, address findings, and ensure compliance. Support internal audits & strengthen IFC (Internal Financial Controls). Review and update SOPs to improve compliance and financial control. Ensure statutory compliance (tax filings, corporate law, etc.). Handle tax assessments, government audits, and statutory notices. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Manage insurance portfolio, negotiate coverage, and optimize costs. Maintain Fixed Assets Register (FAR), depreciation records, and conduct asset verification. Monitor and manage Capex & Opex budgets with cost control measures. Handle imprest account management with proper & Skills Qualified CA with strong knowledge of Tally & SAP. Proven experience (5+ years) in financial planning, audits, and compliance. The role involves managing end-to-end finance functionsbudgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, statutory compliancewhile partnering with business teams to support strategic objectives and ensure fiscal responsibility.

- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
