Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality control inspector to join our team. This mid-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Quality department. The successful candidate will support the Quality department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective assurance of quality services.

Key Responsibilities

Raw Material Inspection

ISO / IMS Audit & related documentation

In-process inspection as per approved ITP

PMI Inspection & Ferrite Test Inspection

NDT Witness (DP, MPI, UT and RT Film Review)

Final Dossier Preparation

Support for ITP & Procedures submission

Maintaining NDE persons qualification records & updating NDE procedure with respect to latest Standards

Manage customer witness inspections.

To complete documents along customer quality compliance and despatch.

Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related in process activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in Heat Exchanger (ACHE and S&T) and Pressure Vessel Equipment fabrication.

Experience in quality control department

Understanding of product / process flow

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

BE (Mechanical) with 3-5 Yrs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.

Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
