Role Overview
CleHaus is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and strategic HR Manager who can build and oversee the entire HR department.
This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for establishing HR systems, policies, culture, compliance, recruitment practices, performance frameworks, and employee experience standards across the organization.
You will serve as a key partner to the founders and department heads, ensuring CleHaus’ people strategy aligns with its mission of excellence, luxury, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create the HR vision, structure, roadmap, and policies aligned with CleHaus' luxury brand ethos.
- Develop HR SOPs, employee handbook updates, workflow systems, and department-specific guidelines.
- Implement HR tools for attendance, payroll, performance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Independently lead end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Experience Center, and Support teams.
- Build recruitment pipelines, job descriptions, and hiring frameworks.
- Establish assessment structures, interview processes, and candidate experience standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Develop KRAs, KPIs, OKRs, and review structures for each department.
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.
- Create and run team-building initiatives, wellness activities, and feedback-driven engagement systems.
- Ensure adherence to employment law, labor compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave policies, and HR audits.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.2–5 years of proven HR experience ; HR manager level preferred.Strong command over EnglishAbility to build HR processes independently and drive organization-wide initiatives.High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRMS / ATS / Payroll tools is an advantage.Passion for luxury, design, lifestyle brands, and people-centric leadership.
